About Us

Richard embarked on his professional path as a journeyman electrician in Dublin, Ireland. His exposure to both high and low voltage systems during his early career positioned him to bridge the gap between these domains. After completing his electrical apprenticeship, Richard transitioned into the specialized field of audio-video systems. This shift allowed him to diversify his expertise and explore a dynamic and evolving industry.

In 1990, Richard moved to Vancouver, Canada. Leveraging his extensive experience in audio-video systems, Richard took on a leadership role in the Engineered Systems Division of A&B Sound, managing this division across western Canada.

Under his leadership, the division specialized in designing and installing custom audio-video and home theater systems catering to the distinctive needs of both residential and luxury yacht clientele.

In 2010, Richard established Finely Tuned Technologies, placing a strong emphasis on audio- video systems calibration, as well as home theatre design and installation services, tailored to meet the needs of both the professional content creator and the residential clientele.
